About the Role
You’ll support teachers across a range of subjects, not just PE, helping students with their classwork, understanding instructions, and building good learning habits. Your role is all about creating a calm, positive environment where every student feels supported.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Providing one-to-one or small-group support when needed
* Helping students stay engaged, organised, and confident
* Assisting teachers with classroom routines and behaviour management
* Encouraging positive attitudes towards learning
* Helping create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
You’ll also have the chance to support PE lessons when required, bringing your energy and coaching experience to practical sessions.

Ideal Candidate
* Degree in Sports Science, Coaching, PE or a related field
* Passionate about helping young people succeed academically and personally
* Patient, approachable, and great at building rapport
* Confident communicating with teenagers in a professional, supportive way
* Experience working with children or young people (coaching, mentoring, camps, youth work) is helpful but not essential
