We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive with valid Motability accreditation to contribute to the dealership’s ongoing success. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career within a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

* Competitive basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped commission, achieving up to £45,000 OTE
* Company car provided for experienced Car Sales Executives from the start

Duties:
* Engage with prospective customers to promote and sell new and used vehicles as a Car Sales Executive
* Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the sale
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicle range and features
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with a typical volume of 16 vehicles per month
* Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Manage and update the customer database, following up on leads to generate repeat and referral business
Requirements:
* Valid Motability accreditation
* At least one year’s proven sales experience in the automotive industry
* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual
* Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
