The Nursery at ESMS is recruiting for a Nursery Teacher Assistant and Early Birds Assistant to join on a full-time, temporary basis from August 2025 (subject to checks) until 26 June 2026. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 8:30am for Early Birds, and 8:30am to 3pm for Nursery Assistant, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch, totaling 35 hours per week. Salary ranges from £19,844 to £22,473 annually, depending on skills and experience, and is on the ESMS Support Staff Salary Scales.
The role supports Class Teachers, Senior Lead Practitioners, and Early Years Practitioners, including supporting children’s learning and pastoral care within the Nursery.
The ideal candidate is kind, enthusiastic, responsible, experienced with children, qualified in childcare, and well-organized.
