Repton School seeks to appoint an exceptional individual to the role of Deputy Head: Operations and Behaviour, to join our Senior Management Team from September 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Deputy Head to help lead the smooth operational running of the School, set and uphold high standards of pupil behaviour and discipline, and play a key role in safeguarding, compliance, and school events.
