* Undertake line management responsibilities including regular supervision, appraisals, and reflective practice with staff
* Deputise for the Operational Manager in their absence

* Knowledge of psychologically informed environments and trauma-informed care
* Experience of staff management and leadership, including performance, supervision, and wellbeing support
* Strong understanding of housing management and health & safety in a residential setting
* Knowledge of safeguarding, Care Act legislation, and mental health frameworks
* Ability to deliver, monitor, and report on key performance targets (service, staff, client, financial)

In return:

You will also receive:

* 5.5% stakeholder pension scheme and life assurance
* Medical cash plan with Medicash
* Access to Learning & Development platform
* Free and confidential employee assistance helpline
