We are looking for someone who is:

* Collaborative, reflective, and resilient in the face of challenges
What The School Offers
* A supportive team environment with a strong commitment to SEN inclusion
* Ongoing CPD and SEN-specific training opportunities
* A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs
* A well-resourced setting with strong TA support
* Involvement in a school community that prioritises child-centred education and staff well-being
