Workplace Support is a charity with faith-based roots with a history of over 50 years providing Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Wellbeing Support. We provide a wide range of Mental Health & Wellbeing services to organisations and their employees across Aotearoa including On-Site Support, Counselling, Training & Professional Supervision.

About this role:
This role will provide the day to day leadership for some of our on-site team. You will manage, guide, and inspire your team while continually looking to improve and upskill with monthly trainings, conducting regular individual reviews and applying best practice.
As the Team Lead, you will lead and oversee a team spread throughout the South Island and be an integral part of the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities for the role include:
* Team Management of On-Site Staff
* Monitoring quality and ensuring standard of service
* Assisting with induction of new Staff
* Co-ordination & shared development & delivery of monthly training
About you:
You will be committed to leading by example at all times, enjoy working collaboratively and motivated by building strong, open relationships. In addition to this you will have the following skills and experiences:
* People management experience to lead, develop and mentor the team
* The ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
* Proven ability to quickly build rapport
* Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations
* Ability to lead and implement change initiatives
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Relevant experience working in the Mental Health & Wellbeing space is preferred
* A full, clean NZ driver's licence is essential
