The Role
You’ll play a key role supporting the conveyancing team, with varied and rewarding responsibilities including:
* Typing and preparing legal correspondence
* Completing Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
* Handling reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming clients
* Preparing billing and completion statements
* General administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, emails and faxes
* Requesting and managing property searches
