At GroundControl we have a brandnew opportunity for a SeniorCommercial Manager to support our Rail andInfrastructuredivision.
Therole;
Reporting directly to theInfrastructure Director this senior leadership role will play acrucial part in ensuring the successful delivery and growth of ourInfrastructure business as well as building a Commercial team forthe future.
The Infrastructure Commercial teamhave a broad remit including forecasting cash collection clientinteractions and most importantly for this role the contractnegotiation side as well.
Key Responsibilitieswill be:
* Contract negotiation andreviews across a range of NEC3 NEC4 and JCTcontracts
* Regular divisional forecasting andbudget reviews
* Developing and implementingcommercial strategies to achieve the divisional goals andobjectives
* Developing and maintainingrelationships with key customers and partners to ensure longtermbusiness success and growth of thedivision
* Setting aligned goals and targets forthe commercial team to monitor and manage teamperformance
* Recruiting and retaining a highperforming team for thefuture
Theperson;
This is a fantasticopportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager who has extensiveexperience on large scale complex contracts across NEC3 NEC4 andJCT frameworks.
This role is hybrid based and weare flexible on location however it would be useful to be within 1hour of one of our office locations across Billericay Essex AldgateLondon or Leeds so that access to our offices is possible whenrequired.
Youll need extensive contractmanagement experience coupled with strong leadership skills thatcan motivate and inspire a diverse team. Youll be a great teammanager but you will also need a head for detail and becommercially astute in order to drive this part of our businessforward.
In addition you willneed;
* Excellent operational managementabilities including strategic planning resource allocation andperformance optimisation.
* Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildstrong relationships with clients subcontractors and teammembers.
* Proactive problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
* A commitment todelivering outstanding customer service acting with integrity andhonouring commitments.
