Overview
This role is perfect for a committed Sales Operations Manager looking to take the next step in their career, you will be joining a successful local Company who are constantly growing so there will be excellent career opportunities.
Some of your duties will include:
* Providing extensive administrative and customer service support in a busy Operations Department
* Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending suitable products
* Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
* Liaising with external delivery contractors and arranging deliveries in the UK and overseas
* Conducting research into potential new clients and sending out sales and marketing literature
* Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis
