Our client a leading parking technology company is looking for a Finance Lead.

Role Title: Finance Lead

Team: Finance

Reports to: Finance Director

PURPOSE

The Finance Lead plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the Finance team. Working closely with the Finance Director, they drive commercial and strategic planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of financial services.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
2. Generate short, medium, and long-term strategic reports for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
3. Oversee project delivery, ensuring accuracy in financial records and efficient cashflow management.
4. Review and support payroll and pension submissions.
5. Lead the Year End Audit process with minimal disruption to the business.
6. Ensure accurate completion of Month and Year End tasks within specified timelines.
7. Provide up-to-date management information for financial reviews, identifying areas for improvement.
8. Assist in the preparation and submission of Statutory Accounts and Annual Tax Packs.
9. Manage Finance Team members to achieve set KPIs and deliverables.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications

1. Degree level education or equivalent experience.
2. CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred.
