We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the fastest-growing commercial cleaning company in London.
The BDM will be responsible for acquiring new contracts and supporting growth through managing client relationships and expanding our client base.
We offer one of the industry’s best commission structures – up to 20% profit share from new and ongoing contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative business.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sell contract cleaning services to various commercial clients
2. Build and maintain client relationships, including:
3. • Face-to-face meetings
4. • Client entertainment
Manage relationships to maximize sales and retention, engaging with decision-makers at all levels, from operations teams to board members.
Handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Develop tailored proposals and prepare tenders to secure contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial or construction cleaning
* Target-driven, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in preparing contract proposals and tenders
* Resilience and drive to overcome challenges and achieve results
Our operations are based in Central London. The role does not require office work but may involve travel to meet clients.
