The Opportunity Youll be part of a busy corporate practice advising a broad client base, from entrepreneurial start-ups and family-owned businesses to large corporate and institutional clients. The work will be fast-paced and varied, including: Mergers, acquisitions and disposals Private equity and venture capital transactions Corporate reorganisations and joint ventures Shareholder and investment agreements General corporate advisory and governance work This role offers excellent exposure to complex transactions across Northern Ireland, Great Britain and further afield, alongside senior lawyers who are recognised for their expertise and approachable, collaborative style.
