Overview
Christmas Customer Assistant - Food - Chippenham SF at Marks and Spencer. This role involves delivering a great shopping experience, championing M&S Food products, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, with shelves stocked.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and provide remarkable service.
* Build product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer.

Work Pattern and Pay
Pattern: Sunday 14:00 – 18:00; Friday 20:00 – 00:00; Saturday 20:00 – 00:00. There may be up to full-time hours during weeks commencing 14th and 21st December. The role involves late nights; applicants must be 18 or over.
Plus £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
