This is a Permanent job to start ASAP. Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and experienced Education Health and Care (EHC) Coordinators to join our SEND and Inclusion Service. The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating and managing the EHC plans and annual reviews for young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities. This role involves working closely with young people, their parents/carers, schools, further education colleges, training providers, and relevant professionals to develop high-quality, outcome-focused EHC Plans.
