Role Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level technical support for incidents and problems.
* Monitor overall system performance, ensuring smooth functionality.
* Create, maintain, and utilise documentation.
* Assist in building compliance with processes and policies.
What You Bring:
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Working knowledge of ITIL best practices.
* Desire to improve processes by identifying root causes of problems.
* Willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
* Proactive approach to identifying risks and problems.
Desirable Skills and Technologies:
* Exposure to automation software like Ansible/Puppet.
* Experience or knowledge of Red Hat products (Satellite 6, OpenShift 3/4, RHEL/CentOS 6/7/8, RHEL Atomic/CoreOS).
* Scripting skills with Bash, Python, and/or Git.
* Experience with AWS.
* Basic understanding of CLI.
