Are you a Paid Social specialist who knows how to turn scrolls into sales? We’re working with a fast-growing digital agency in London that’s looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead performance-driven social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other leading platforms for ecommerce brands.
🎯 The Role
You’ll take ownership of paid social campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and testing through to optimisation and scaling. Working closely with creative, analytics, and account teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are insight-led, creative-first, and consistently delivering strong ROAS.
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Build and test audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and full-funnel campaigns
* Brief, review, and optimise ad creatives in collaboration with creative teams
* Monitor budgets, performance, and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
* Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and scale performance
* Deliver clear performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
* Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social
✅ What You Bring
* 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or in-house)
* Strong experience across Meta Ads Manager; TikTok and LinkedIn experience a plus
* Solid understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and attribution
* Data-driven mindset with a creative eye for what converts
* Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple accounts
