Registered Nurse - Nights - Part Time
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a care home in Chew Magna, Bristol on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Hourly Rate: £20 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality outcomes
* Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives
* Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and stakeholders
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
Qualifications
* RGN (active PIN)
* Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Day-to-Day
* Engage in daily tasks that align with the company’s objectives and priorities
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning
* Provide regular updates on progress and address any challenges promptly
* Ensure all work is completed within agreed time lines and to the highest standard
* Support colleagues and assist with additional duties as required
