Job Title: Reactive Maintenance Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Account Manager on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing client relationships and overseeing maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts
* Prepare accurate quotations and job costings
* Coordinate materials and ensure timely collection by engineers
* Support the team by working collaboratively, while also managing tasks independently
* Quickly adapt to client systems
* Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar account management or reactive maintenance role
* Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in quoting, costing, and client interaction
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
