Job Description:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 7/8a equivalent depending on experience, Hospital Pharmacist Manager in Gatwick. The successful Pharmacist Manager will be required to work full-time, 37.5 hours a week. This role is available to start ASAP.
Duties and responsibilities:
* The provision of an exemplary pharmacy service, in accordance with current legislation, clinical requirements, and accepted professional and ethical standards.
* The provision of advice and support to consultants, other clinicians, and patients, ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
* To advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments, while staying compliant with current legislation and professional standards.
* Promoting a patient-focused multidisciplinary approach to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Who we’re looking for:
* GPHC registered without restrictions or conditions.
* Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in a hospital environment at ward level.
* Senior or management experience.
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, role modeling, and patient care.
