We're partnering with a leading multinational organisation to recruit an office-based Human Resources Specialist who will play a central role in HR operations, recruitment, and employee development across multiple regions.

Salary £36K + Healthcare + pension + parking
As Human Resources Specialist you will do the following,
* Source, attract, and shortlist candidates for HR Operations and Regional Sales Management (RSM) roles
* Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the recruitment process with hiring managers
* Lead onboarding and ensure employees are set up for success from day one
* Apply HR policies fairly and consistently across all entities
* Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases in line with Group standards
* Support performance management: KPIs, appraisals, and career path planning
* Help design and deliver soft skills training and team-building activities
* Collaborate closely with Group HR and external partners (recruitment agencies, training providers)
The ideal Human Resources Specialist will need the following,
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3-5 years' experience in HR operations and/or recruitment
* Proven experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment
* Familiarity with African labour markets and HR practices
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
* Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organised and compliant
