A large national Property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be based at a large mobile site in and around Walthamstow.

Salary: £47,000 – £50,000
Job description
As an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor you will lead a team of electricians, handling any queries relating to electrical installation and testing. You will ensure your team is clear on their roles and responsibilities, assess resource requirements, and support management.
About you
We are looking for a time‑served electrician with knowledge of social housing and health and safety. You should have good IT skills, be able to oversee a compliant team of electricians, and hold a valid full‑clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months (a company vehicle will be provided for work use only).
Qualifications
* Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Certification for the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS 7671
* Inspection and Testing qualification (e.g. C&G 2391/2394/2395)
* At least two years of practical experience, AM2 assessment of competence, and thorough understanding of Building Regulations
