The Role
* Install bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, and turnkey solutions on-site.
* Work on varied commercial and domestic projects.
* Maintain high safety, quality, and time standards.
* Travel as required for installations (occasional overnight stays).
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years proven installation experience (commercial & domestic).
* Valid CSCS card.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry/Joinery (Level 1 considered if experience is strong).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Own hand tools (company provides power tools).
* Solid understanding of site H&S compliance.
* Ability to read and work from detailed drawings with minimal supervision.
Preferred/Desirable
* First Aid at Work certificate (or willingness to obtain—training provided).
* Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo checks (schools/hospitals).
* Knowledge of finishing, laminates, and bespoke furniture assembly.
* Willingness to mentor junior fitters/apprentices.
