About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join our growing team in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or recently qualified surveyor (circa 2 years PQE) looking to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice across a diverse commercial property portfolio, including retail, office, and industrial assets throughout Norfolk and the wider East of England region.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake Red Book-compliant valuations for a range of purposes including secured lending, financial reporting and accounting, tax, pension review, investment, and asset management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders
* Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Commercial valuation sector.
* Support senior team members on complex instructions and larger portfolio valuations
* Contribute to the development of the junior members of the team
About You
* MRICS qualified with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong knowledge of the commercial property market, particularly within Norfolk and the surrounding areas
* Experience in undertaking a variety of commercial valuations
* Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience working with lending institutions
* Established local market contacts
