Sales Support - Home Department- Harrods

This is an instrumental role for the day-to-day running of our Ralph Lauren Home store at Harrods. Supporting the manager and sales team in all aspects of sales and store operations.The ideal candidate will be personable, driven, reliable and a team player
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Provides in depth brand and product knowledge as well as showroom operations to support manager and sales team.
2. Identifies issues with product or processes, contributing to the improvement of business operations.
3. Owns stockroom standards as well as contributes to the maintenance of front of house store in line with RL standards.
4. Assists with general administration tasks and stock reports.
5. Actively participates in all merchandising activities including but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, replenishment, Stock take and floor changeovers in line RL standards
6. Supports sales team with after sales care – Raises issues and actions solutions.
7. Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations.
8. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
9. Always adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures
10. Take charge of store transfers and dispatches.
11. Stock movement between Shopfloor, stockroom, loading bay and Harrods dispatch.
12. Look after and maintain Wear to Work portal for staff uniform.
13. Customer service and sales.
