Job Summary:

Office Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key role focused on supporting the Firm's internal operations, ensuring compliance, and keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth departmental coordination.
* Overseeing compliance requirements, including regular checks and updates.
* Supporting HR functions such as staff contracts, holiday records, and personnel matters.
* Handling administrative duties in relation to Law Society compliance.
* Assisting with financial and administrative tasks as required.

About you:

* Strong background in administration
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal, professional services, or property
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* Good communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.
