Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Develop and implement creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff supervision.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
