Future plans will see this develop into a national footprint.JOB OVERVIEW:We are pleased to announce an opportunity to bring on board a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at Cardo.This is a key support role, working closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering quality service to our clients and tenants.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Logging jobs into our internal system, Service Connect
* Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
* Using client portals for updates and communication
* Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractors
* Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
* Sending regular reports to clients
* Raising purchase orders as required
* Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
* Collaborating effectively within a team environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the day
* Confident working with internal systems and client portals
* A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
