What You’ll Do
* Build strong, professional relationships across teams and with participants
* Identify individual needs, goals and barriers to employment
* Deliver high quality, end‑to‑end information, advice and guidance (aligned to Matrix and Gatsby Standards)
* Coach individuals and groups to boost confidence, emotional intelligence and job readiness
* Help create professional CVs, cover letters and job applications
* Prepare learners for interviews and match them to suitable job or apprenticeship opportunities
* Manage and motivate a caseload, ensuring each participant achieves sustainable employment
* Maintain accurate digital records, action plans and performance reports
* Support employability events, workshops and job fairs
* Work to clear KPIs and performance targets
What We’re Looking For
* Strong administration and organisational skills, able to manage a busy caseload efficiently
* Background in recruitment, sales, or other target‑driven environments
* Excellent communication and coaching skills with a passion for helping others succeed
* Confident IT user with solid attention to detail
* Professional, proactive and resilient under pressure
