We are expanding our Mold based Bridges team and are looking to hire a Senior or Principal Bridge Engineer.
Our Mold office is seeking a Senior or Principal Bridge Engineer to take a leading technical role within our growing team. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery, oversee quality and governance, and guide the next generation of bridge engineers.
You’ll work on a diverse portfolio including feasibility studies, inspection and assessment programmes, new bridge designs, strengthening schemes, and strategic infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as technical lead on complex projects and major work packages.
* Provide technical assurance and oversee compliance with standards.
* Manage and mentor engineers and technicians.
* Engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
* Support business planning, resource allocation and project governance.
Qualifications
* Essential: Civil or Structural Engineering degree, or apprenticeship
* Preferred: Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (ICE/IStructE). Postgraduate technical specialism.
Experience
* Essential: Significant consultancy experience leading bridge design/assessment projects.
* Preferred: Experience delivering major UK infrastructure or frameworks.
Skills
* Essential: Leadership, technical expertise, QA, stakeholder engagement.
* Preferred: Bid leadership, business development, or technical innovation.
