Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy, specialises in helping Amazon brands maximise their potential. They are experts in driving growth, enhancing operations, and solving complex challenges. They are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to join their team and lead strategic initiatives with high-performing clients.
The Senior Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, optimising performance, and driving success for Amazon brands. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on impactful projects and be at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
This role requires an exceptional candidate with Amazon execution expertise, but who will work purely in a consultative and educational manner, not responsible for executing client campaigns. If you've been executing and activating campaigns throughout your career and want to leverage this experience to educate high-performing brands on achieving even more on Amazon, then this could be the perfect role for you.
The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:
* Design and execute advanced Amazon PPC strategies, managing six-figure monthly budgets.
* Analyse and implement strategies to improve organic rankings and optimise product listings.
* Manage 8-figure Private Label brand portfolios, ensuring continued growth and profitability.
* Oversee backend logistics, inventory, and cost analysis to improve efficiency.
* Act as the primary client contact, leading regular calls, addressing challenges, and supporting day-to-day needs.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have extensive Amazon 3P/FBA/Seller Central experience, ideally from an Amazon Native Brand, Aggregator, or Seller Agency.
* Possess P&L management experience, ideally with exposure to £8 million+.
* Be highly skilled in Amazon PPC, having activated multiple successful campaigns with large budgets.
* Be an Amazon Seller Central enthusiast, proactively seeking new learning opportunities through forums, newsletters, industry events, and networking.
* Have outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
* Be exceptionally organised with strong project management capabilities.
* Enjoy working with diverse brands across different countries, products, and stages of Amazon development.
* Remain detail-oriented while working at a fast pace.
