Maintenance Planner & Administrator
Location: Ashington
Contract: Full time Permanent contract
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday
Salary: £26,142.00 per annum
Closing Date: 5pm - Friday 20th February 2026
About The Role
* Planning and scheduling trade resources
* Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
* Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
* Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information
About You
* Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
* Experience working with Salesforce
* Experience ofscheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
* Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
* Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
