Ability to align technology architecture with service delivery and operations.

Experience delivering technology using Agile/product-led methodologies.
Ability to manage product roadmaps, engineering delivery, and iterative releases.
3. Strong Technical Background
Previous software development experience is preferred.
Ability to understand and manage complex engineering and software-heavy projects.
Experience with DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Understanding of engineering efficiency and continuous delivery.
5. Industry Experience
Background in OTT / Media / Streaming platforms is highly desirable.
6. Delivery & Governance
Proven experience leading complex engineering programmes with tight deadlines.
Experience with technical assurance, project governance, and commercial management.
7. Delivery Risk & Technical Debt Management
Managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Managing technical debt and engineering backlog effectively.
8. Delivery Risk & Technical Debt Management
Ability to work with vendors, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
