About the Role
As a Stocks & Broths Creator, you will take the lead on exciting projects that align with our business strategy and respond to customer needs. Your expertise in culinary formulations will shine as you develop innovative solutions for meat-based soups, stocks, sauces, and gravies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will harness Kerry technology to deliver exceptional taste and nutrition experiences. This role demands professionalism, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the Stocks & Broths opportunity pipeline.
* Build strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
* Innovate by understanding market trends, regulations, and customer requirements, translating insights into breakthrough strategies.
* Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to develop product collections.
* Conduct research and sensory testing to enhance existing products and create new ones.
* Utilize Kerry technologies to meet taste expectations in stocks and broths.
* Document experimental trials and outcomes to facilitate product scaling and transfer to manufacturing.
* Support manufacturing sites in optimizing production processes.
* Partner with various teams, including process engineers and flavor experts, to achieve optimal project results.
* Manage category collections, including product sourcing, stock maintenance, and communication with account managers.
* Mentor and develop internal talent, aligning career goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
* Further education in culinary arts, food science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical product development role, with a proven track record in culinary creation using natural ingredients.
* Restaurant chef experience is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills to present technical work to stakeholders and customers.
