Overview

We are seeking a well organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office at PMC Paintworks, a busy car body repair shop. The ideal candidate would have a background in administrative functions as well as having a good understanding of vehicles, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. The job will also entail the delivering and collceting of cars, so a driving liscence is essential. Other duties of the job include car valeting.

Duties

* Manage office operations, including estimates and record-keeping
* Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing office and workshop supplies
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Skills

* Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks
* Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Professional phone etiquette to represent the company positively
* Excellent driving skills to ensure the safe delivery of an array of vehicles ranging from classic cars to large vans.
