1:1 Support Assistant

Position: 1:1 Support Assistant for a child in Year 5 with ASC.
Location: Bispham (FY2)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £14.25 - £15.20 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide one-on-one support to a Year 5 student with ASC. Your role will be crucial in helping this child navigate their educational journey, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and capable of achieving their best.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to the child in a classroom setting.
* Implement individualized strategies to assist with learning and social interaction.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
* Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt lessons and activities.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, particularly those with ASC or other special educational needs.
* TA experience essential
* Level 2 TA qualification
