Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world‑class hospitality in an inspiring and tranquil setting. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional luxury experiences, we are seeking a dedicated Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
As a Guestroom Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across our guest rooms and suites. Your attention to detail, pride in presentation, and passion for service will help create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest who stays with us.
What you will do
* Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to Four Seasons' exceptional standards
* Refresh linen, amenities, and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Maintain public areas on guest floors, ensuring immaculate presentation throughout
* Respond to guest requests with professionalism, care, and efficiency
* Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure room functionality and safety
* Collaborate with the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams to uphold a smooth operation
* Uphold Four Seasons' commitment to luxury, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
What you bring
* Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness
* A warm, friendly, and service‑driven approach
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
