OCR Alpha is expanding, and we’re hiring a Research Associate to support our Portfolio Management Search team, focused on Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodity (FICC) markets.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct research and talent mapping across hedge funds and investment banks, with a focus on FICC markets
* Identify, approach, and engage investment professionals
* Build detailed market intelligence and talent pipelines to support ongoing mandates
* Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and support process management end-to-end
* Support senior consultants in client meetings and contribute to search strategy
* Gather and synthesise market intel from various data vendors to support the PM team
Who You Are
* Degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline (advantageous, not essential)
* Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales support, or any commercially driven environment is useful
* Exceptionally organised, able to manage multiple priorities with pace and accuracy
* Strong communicator, confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly
* Curious about financial markets and motivated to specialise in hedge fund talent acquisition
* Proactive, adaptable, and hungry to develop quickly in a high-performance environment
