About The Role
Due to their fast‑growing business, the company has a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi‑change set‑ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision.
* Program and set multi‑axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately.
* Consistently produce high‑quality components to exact specifications.
* Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential).
* Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow.
* Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.

Schedule
* Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (30 min lunch).
* Friday, 7:30 am – 1:30 pm.
