Your mission
Drive HEINEKEN’s On Trade Sales Portfolio. Achieve volume, financial, and quality targets in your territory through partnership with customers.
1. Develop territory-level sales and resource plans that identify and leverage key opportunities.
2. Create Customer Account Plans to enable Joint Business Planning with customers.
3. Manage customer relationships by providing consulting services for the on-trade channel.
4. Drive footfall to the on-trade venues.
5. Grow the customer’s overall business.
6. Promote HIL categories and brands.
7. Implement and update Territory and Joint Business Plans, removing barriers to execution.
8. Enhance outlet quality by adhering to Heineken Ireland’s standards in partnership with the Quality team.
9. Execute channel activation plans with the Trade Marketing team.
10. Respond effectively to customer issues and service requests by coordinating with internal departments.
11. Assess HIL and competitor programmes, providing feedback to relevant teams.
12. Gather and maintain market intelligence by engaging in trade activities and observing consumer behaviors.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Your profile
Knowledge, Experience, and Development Potential
* University degree or equivalent in business or related field.
* 2-3+ years of sales experience and relevant knowledge.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent organization and planning abilities.
* Ability to build business relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Expertise in point of purchase excellence, with a strong understanding of market and consumer drivers.
* Strong IT skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
* High learning agility and adaptability.
* On Trade experience is desirable but not essential.
* Irish or EU Driver’s License is required.
