Warehouse Operatives | Immediate Start | Weekly Pay | Alternating Shifts

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Location: outskirts of Sittingbourne, Kent
Work duration: ongoing - must be able to commit to at least 6-9 months
Hours: Shifts alternate weekly: 6am–2pm one week, 10am–6pm the next - must be able to work both shifts
Job Role - Warehouse Operatives
Picking, packing and dispatching stock in a warehouse setting
Meeting daily and weekly productivity targets in a friendly, fast-moving team
Using basic numeracy skills to complete order paperwork accurately
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times
Required Skills & Experience - Warehouse Operatives
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, Picker Packer, or Factory Worker
Minimum of 12 months with one employer preferred (unless a motivated school leaver with the right attitude)
GCSE Maths pass or equivalent essential; strong attention to detail is a must
Must be able to commit to working full time for at least the next 6 to 9 months
