Hunter Savage is hiring internally for a newly created Part-Time Finance Officer position to support our growing business and the Operations Team.
Location and Schedule
Belfast City Centre-based, with flexible days and hours. The role involves 16-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your other priorities.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of senior recruiters with an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting functions for two companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland. The role requires an experienced finance professional who can quickly adapt and contribute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll: Managing weekly and monthly payrolls.
2. Invoicing: Handling invoicing for both UK and Ireland businesses.
3. Credit Control: Managing credit control processes.
4. Reconciliation: Reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments.
5. Payments: Reconciling payments received.
6. VAT Return: Preparing VAT returns.
7. Month-End Procedures: Assisting with month-end financial preparations.
