Job overview
We seek a dedicated Clerical Officer for our Medical Imaging and Medical Physics Department, based at Royal Hallamshire Hospital and Northern General Hospital. Experience in reception and administration is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The role involves supporting departmental operations in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive attitude and organizational skills.
Main duties of the job
The role involves managing patient referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and supporting the radiology team with scheduling and information requests. Prior healthcare experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
