People & Culture Manager - Belfast - Permanent

The role:
As People & Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting organisational growth through strategic and operational HR leadership. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll lead on all people-related matters, driving a positive and high-performing culture, and ensuring the People function is aligned to the business's future goals.
The main responsibilities:
* Leading the People & Culture function and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership
* Embedding a values-driven, high-performance culture across the organisation
* Partnering with managers to support leadership capability, engagement and development
* Driving initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, and succession planning
* Leading on employee relations, organisational design and workforce planning
* Developing and evolving people policies and practices to support future growth
* Championing ED&I and wellbeing initiatives to create an inclusive workplace
The ideal candidate:
* CIPD qualified with strong generalist HR experience
* Proven experience in a standalone or senior HR role, ideally within a growing or fast-paced business
* Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people needs with business priorities
* Passionate about culture, people development and creating inclusive workplaces
