Partnering with a global financial services firm on a business-critical outsourcing/offshoring transformation. Seeking senior Interim HR leaders for end-to-end change management.
Proven Expertise Needed
* Leading HR workstreams in global outsourcing, offshoring, and operating model shifts.
* Owning complex people processes: TUPE, collective consultation, redundancies, with deep UK knowledge and ideally Europe/Asia-Pacific experience.
* Navigating Works Councils, employee reps, employment law, and org risk pragmatically.
* Partnering execs as senior HR lead: strong governance, comms strategies, calm presence in sensitive settings.
Lead global transformation impacting a worldwide workforce. Initial 6-month fixed-term, likely extending; remuneration matches seniority/complexity.
