Role Overview
As Head of Sales, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business to uphold Porsche’s exceptional standards, deliver strategic objectives, and drive performance across our new and used car operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional performance, behaviours, and customer experiences.
* Assist in designing and implementing the customer and colleague journey, ensuring fairness, equity, and a premium experience throughout.
* Analyse monthly sales management accounts, highlighting areas of concern or opportunity to the Head of Business.
* Ensure a full understanding of all monthly, quarterly, and annual brand requirements, implementing robust plans to achieve all targets and support objectives.
* Drive new and used car volumes and profitability across the market area.
* Monitor sales enquiries and departmental activity daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure effective marketing activity and early identification of any shortfalls.
* Develop and implement efficient sales processes to optimise the transaction and delivery of new and used vehicles.
* Conduct monthly reviews to ensure used vehicle stock is accurately merchandised across all platforms.
* Produce clear, consistent, and insightful reporting on all aspects of divisional sales performance.
