Job Description
Software Implementation Project Manager & Educator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Software implementation of IT systems in laboratories worldwide, collaborating with the IT Manager in charge of Computerized Quality Systems for quality processes.
2. Manage overall project tasks, deployment, or system optimization from inception to completion.
3. Organize and coordinate requirements elicitation with business teams.
4. Provide new requirements to business analysts for assessments of new and existing features.
5. Follow-up on design and functional specifications.
6. Lead validation processes, including test plan and script generation, and coordinate work with Technical System Engineers.
7. Prepare training materials and train local resources on system features and processes.
8. Author release notes related to implemented changes.
9. Maintain and periodically review all documents related to eQMS (requirements, specifications, traceability matrix, SOPs, reports, etc.).
Additional Assignments
* Participate in continuous improvement of IT Quality Assurance systems processes.
* Follow group policies and standards.
* Ensure regular follow-up with manager.
* Develop good practices and author guidelines, procedures, and templates for project management, system maintenance, and validation.
* Improve system design to meet good practices and regulations.
* Capitalize on the knowledge base to enhance processes.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences; Science-based degrees such as Chemistry or Biology are a plus.
* Project Management Certification is a plus.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory quality environment.
* At least 1 year of experience with software implementation and training.
* Experience as a Trainer or Educator.
* Willingness to travel 25%-50%.
* Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
