The Role
We’re looking for someone either just finishing their studies or a year or two into their career who knows creative agencies are where they want to be.
You may not have years of experience yet, but you have instinct, taste and drive.
You’ll be in live creative conversations, contributing ideas, researching culture, and helping shape campaigns from the ground up. You’ll also be comfortable picking up a camera when needed - shooting content, capturing BTS, and supporting on set.
This is a hands‑on role for someone ambitious enough to one day lead creative themselves.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Contributing ideas into live campaign conversations
* Shooting and editing content on iPhone when needed
* Capturing BTS and on‑set content at shoots and activations
* Assisting on larger productions and representing Dream Lab on set
* Researching cultural moments, platform trends and emerging formats
* Supporting creative development from initial brief through to production
* Helping build decks, moodboards, and visual references

* Can shoot and edit to a competent standard (clean framing, clear audio, simple but strong cuts)

* Full-time, London-based (hybrid working)
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays
