We are working with a client based near Farnborough, looking to take on a Transformation Training Manager. For this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing delivery plans to support the planned change portfolio, including advice standards, systems and processes. The company will be undergoing a large transformation project, so this position will be vital in aiding the smooth process. This position will offer hybrid/remote working or to work from their Farnborough-based office. It is a six-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities: Training Development: Create and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of the transformation project, focusing on advice standards, systems and processes. Project Coordination: Assist with project management, ensuring timelines, goals, and objectives are met, and track project progress while providing status updates. Team Work: Collaborate with subject matter experts of all levels from across the company to support, collate and deliver all necessary training resources. Stakeholder Relations: Manage all stakeholders to influence change, maintain compliance, and ensure the delivery of quality outputs and service. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, and assist in identifying and mitigating business risks. Previous experience & knowledge: Financial services experience is essential, preferably obtained in a life and pensions environment Ability to identify training needs, design effective training programs and develop engaging training materials Knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning platforms and interactive technologies Expertise in creating structured and effective training programs that align with organisational goals Understanding of human behaviour and learning principles Advertised on The JobsBoard | Financial Services Jobs | UK Job website.
