Salary: £22,800 per annum with OTE £55,000

Monday – Friday 08:00 -18:00 with a day off during the week and alternative weekends

About the role
As a Used Car Sales Executive for the prestigious Jaguar Land Rover brand, you will be an integral part of the customer experience, inspiring long‑term engagement. You will sell a range of used cars and associated products while delivering the highest level of customer service.
You will work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions that meet their individual needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell used cars and related products to meet volume and KPI targets
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
* Prospect warm leads and make sales calls to support business growth
* Maintain accurate records and reports using IT systems
* Organise and prioritise work effectively to meet targets
About you
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Have specialist knowledge of used car sales and processes
* Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Be able to achieve sales targets while maintaining KPIs
* Experience working in a face‑to‑face sales environment
* Experience in making sales calls/prospecting warm leads
* Be IT literate
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Be able to pass a satisfactory DBS check
